Experience
Allow me to introduce myself:-
My name is Peter Ing and I am an Aircraft engineer living in the Netherlands.
I began my career as a Sheetmetal worker in 1980 while I was still at school in South London, England. I then won a sponsored 4 year apprenticeship and gained City and Guilds of London Institute Certificates in Sheetmetalwork and Welding.
It was 2 years later, whilst visiting an open day at British Aerospace, that I decided to venture into the Aircraft industry.
In years to follow I would work Aircraft production, Base and Line maintenance on a variety of aircraft types, from Harrier II's to Boeing 747 400's.
I also hold an EASA part 66 B1-1 Licence.
After this wealth of experience that I have gained over the years covering all systems on aircraft large and small, I decided that it was time start an aircraft structural repair business of my own.
